and teachers contributes to the overall assessment. Children
applying for Year 3 (age 7) will handle a range of written and non-
written activities alongside teaching staff, in both English and Chinese
(if a background of learning Chinese), sometimes in a one-to-one or small
group setting.
Upper Primary - Ages 8 to 10 Years Old
The children applying for Year 4 – 6 will receive an arrangement
which is more focused on the individual’s English and
all-round approach to analysing and interpreting
information. If there is a Chinese study background
then this will also be assessed. Written assessment is
complimented with spoken English interaction
with the attending teaching staff.
